This Privacy Policy describes how Lorian ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Service.

• Account information: phone number, password (encrypted), and any profile details you provide.
• Taste and preference data: your responses during onboarding, including photo selections, lifestyle tags, must-have requirements, budget, room preferences, and swipe/comparison choices ("Taste Graph" data).
• Feedback data: any comments, ratings, or feedback you submit, including optional screenshots you or the Service capture when you submit product feedback.
• Listing interaction data: which listings you view, like, save, or inquire about.
• Usage and device data: general technical information such as browser type, device type, and app usage patterns.

We use this information to: operate and improve the Service; personalize listing recommendations based on your Taste Graph; respond to your feedback and inquiries; send you listing match alerts if you opt in; and maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

If you opt in to SMS alerts, we use your phone number solely to send you listing match notifications you've requested. We do not use your phone number for marketing unrelated to listing matches, and we do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers who help us operate the Service (such as cloud hosting and SMS delivery providers), acting only on our instructions; a listing's agent or broker, but only the specific information you choose to submit when you initiate contact about that listing (e.g., through an "Apply Now" or inquiry form); and as required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Listing data displayed in the Service (addresses, prices, photos, agent contact information) is sourced from publicly available third-party real estate platforms and does not constitute your personal information. This Policy governs our handling of your information, not the practices of third-party sites we source listing data from.

We retain your account and Taste Graph information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after account deletion as needed for legal, security, or operational purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain data uses. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made, and material changes will be communicated through the Service.
